The Episode Studio feature streamlines your podcast production by automatically stitching together your intro, outro, and main podcast audio and video files, saving you valuable time.

What is it?

Episode Studio allows you to effortlessly upload your pre-recorded audio and video files, including your intro, outro, and main podcast content. In just seconds, it seamlessly stitches them together. Plus, Episode Studio retains your intro and outro, so you only need to upload them once, streamlining your workflow for future episodes. It’s fast, simple, and efficient.

How do I use it?

To get started, gather your main content audio/video file along with any intro and outro files, ensuring they are in a supported format.

Access the Tool:

  1. Navigate to your show on PodcastAI.

  2. Click on "Episodes" in the left column.

  3. In the upper right corner, next to your show name, click the vertical ellipsis (). Select "Episode Studio" from the dropdown menu.

Upload videos in Episode Studio

  1. Click on "Main" in the bottom row.

  2. Choose "Select a file" or drag and drop your Main content a/v file into the designated area.

  3. After the Main content a/v file is uploaded.

  4. Next, click on "Intro" in the bottom row. If you don't have an Intro file, you can skip to Step 6.

  5. Choose "Select a file" or drag and drop your Intro a/v file. Once the Intro is uploaded, Click "< Back" in the upper left corner.

  6. Then, click on "Outro" in the bottom row. If you don't have an Outro, you can skip to Step 8.

  7. Choose "Select a file" or drag and drop your Outro a/v file.

  8. Once all your podcast a/v files are uploaded, click "Generate" to create your assembled file.

  9. When the file is ready, click "Download." The assembled file will open in your current browser. Review it.

  10. If the file looks good, right-click and select "Download Video As" to save the final assembled a/v file to your downloads or desktop. Then, use your browser's back button to return to Episode Studio.

Tip: Episode Studio will save your Intro and Outro for your future use, but not your main audio/video.

Upload Final Assembled File

  1. Navigate back to your show on PodcastAI and select “Episodes” from the left column.

  2. In the upper right corner, next to your show name, click the vertical ellipsis () and choose “Upload Episode”.

  3. Click “Select a file” or you can drag and drop your final assembled podcast a/v file. Click “Convert & Upload”.
